Position Summary 

Central Square Foundation (CSF) works closely with the state governments and the Ministry of Education to enhance ICT policy and drive the effective adoption of EdTech programs in the K-12 schooling system. As part of CSF’s central EdTech team, the Program Manager will support the conception and execution of EdTech projects in government schools across states. The role involves data analysis, policy analysis, conducting secondary research, planning & program implementation. This requires building strong relationships with government stakeholders, partner organisations and product companies. The Project Manager will also conduct field visits, manage specific project deliverables, assess the effectiveness of EdTech programs, and produce learning reports. 


Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 


  • Supporting meaningful EdTech adoption across states.
  • Support advocacy efforts by conducting primary and secondary research and creating effective documentation 
  • Engage with partner organisations and government stakeholders at various levels to provide necessary support in program implementation.
  • Handle data analysis and conduct surveys related to EdTech initiatives. 
  • Conduct policy research in education technology and draft policy recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across government sectors and other multilateral organisations to create appropriate communication. 


Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities: 


  • Program Implementation: 2-5 years of experience managing multi-stakeholder projects; experience with government programs/ Tech implementation is a plus.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in R, Excel, Power BI, and report generation tailored to various audiences.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Skilled in managing diverse stakeholders and fostering teamwork to ensure smooth project execution and alignment.
  • Growth Mindset: A ‘can-do’ attitude with learning agility and problem - solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees in relevant fields: including technology, education, management, economics, social sciences, and public policy would be preferred.
